Swapnil won the prestigious Miami Street Photography Festival (MSPF) Street Photography Contest 2015. His 3 images along with the images of finalists were displayed at the Festival’s main gallery at HistoryMiami Museum during Art Basel Week in Miami on December 3rd to 6th, 2015. Art Basel Miami is one of the world’s premier art scenes, where hundreds of thousands gather each year in Miami to celebrate the visual arts.
The contest was judged by world-renowned photographers like Bruce Davidson, David Alan Harvey, Peter Turnley and Maggie Steber.

After a much appreciated calendar (conceptualised and designed by Setu Advertising), Swapnil’s images were used effectively in Vastushodh’s brand advertisements which were published in various magazines. Pictures used for these ads were black & white, poetic and they mostly display the beauty of a mundane life we live. Theme for these ads was ‘begin living’.

Le Monde Diplomatique is a monthly newspaper offering analysis and opinion on politics, culture, and current affairs. Worldwide there were seventy-one editions in twenty-six other languages other than French (including thirty-eight in print for a total of about 2.2 million copies and thirty-three electronic editions).
The editorial team of Le Diplo asked for Swapnil’s 7 black & white pictures to feature in their May 2014 issue. Swapnil loved the idea to fill article’s relating politics and current affairs with some art and cultural context, so he decided to support the thought. Selection and of the pictures was done by their editorial team.

Swapnil Jedhe won the APF magazine’s inspiration award. The theme for this contest was decisive moment and the jury was Jesse Marlow.
As a part of That’s life, Swapnil Jedhe along with fellow photographers was invited to showcase their work at Glasglow Visual Arts Festival. It was set during April 2014.
As a That’s life member, Swapnil Jedhe was a part of joint exhibition held at Thalam, Bengaluru. The soul purpose of the exhibition was a tribute to T S Satyan, India’s most eminent photojournalist. The exhibition was set during 4th to 18th Jan 2014.
